IGTC’s flagship program is the 18-months, full-time Post Graduate Program in Business Administration based on the famed German Dual System - integrating six months of hands-on practical training in a collaborating member company with one year of theoretical learning at the Training Centre.
Several IGCC member companies regularly partner with IGTC to accept trainees who could be groomed to meet the company’s requirements for future managerial talent. IGTC facilitates the selection process and based on preference of collaborating companies, admits an exclusive class of students to the IGTC program. World-class German and Indian companies that are active partners and final recruiters include Auma, Bajaj Allianz, BASF, Bayer, Bosch, DHL Express, Dorma, Fuchs Lubricants, Lanxess, Merck, Metro, Siemens, Volkswagen, etc. Besides these, there are many other small and medium-sized companies also, who are active participants in the program. These companies choose the students for training on the basis of their aptitude, attitude and perceived employability on completion of the program although no employment guarantees are given.
The personalized learning environment at IGTC lends itself to a close interaction between the students, IGTC administration, teaching faculty and corporate mentors. It adds significant depth and breadth to their soft skills, grooming them to become young professionals with the right attitude, knowledge, and team spirit, along with interpersonal and communication skills to meet the needs of today's dynamic global business scenario.
