TUV Rheinland has been associated with IGTC Bangalore since its inception and has taken interns on a regular basis for business research, strategy, marketing, communications and overall development. The six month internship of IGTC, spread over the whole year with 2 months phases of January-February, June-July and November-December has helped us not only in training the interns extensively but has also given us ample time to understand and evaluate them better. Through this unique model of learning, the students have gained a better understanding of subject matter as well as the ability to adapt to our company as well as the industry.  I am sure that the students who have passed out in the recent years are the testimony for the success of this course and the practical module.

 After 2 years of Prion’s relationship with IGTC Bangalore, I must admit that it has been a great experience to work with them.

In the first year I decided to focus on HR and took on interns with similar interests. A major topic which was open for us at the time was a need to have an International recruitment application. Along with extreme commitment of the enthusiastic interns we began to investigate on this topic. The interns collaborated efficiently with Prion HR team globally (Germany, USA and India ) to put it in place and I am proud to say that this application now acts as foundation of our recruitment process world wide. This success has encouraged me to involve the new batch of students on more core topics like Sales and Business Development which I should say is on a very good track.
