Trainer Profile:  Mr. V. Mahadevan is a M.A from the University of Mumbai.  He has also done his L.L.M from Mumbai University and has a Certificate in U.S. Laws and Legal Institutions, University of Wisconsin in addition to a Certificate on IPRS.

Mr. MAhadevan is an advocate in the areas of Indirect Taxation, FEMA, and Trademarks and Debt Recovery.  He has conducted various training programs for corporates and professional bodies such as TATA, L&T, Mukund Iron, ABB, Crompton & Greaves, Mazagaon Docks and professional bodies on business laws.

He has also been a faculty in Business Law for management institutes such as NMIMS, JBIMS, Chetana, Welingakr Institute of Management, SISMR, MET, IES, Bharatiya, Vivekananda, SIES, D. Y. Patil, ITM, SOM (IIT) NITIE, NACEN to name a few.  HE has also been associated as a visiting faculty in law with professional bodies such as ICWA, IIMM, AIMA, BMA amongst others.
