Objective: Communication, both internal and external, has assumed critical importance in all organizations.  Effective communication, at all levels, has become a vital link for organizational effectiveness.  The objective of this workshop is to sharpen the communication skills of participants.  This will be achieved through a judicious mix of conceptual exposure and ‘hands-on’ practice sessions and demonstrations.

TrainerProfile: Mr. M. Rajgopal is a B. A in Economics from University of Mumbai and has done his full-time M.B.A. with a specialization in HR from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.

Mr. Rajgopal was associated with ITC Ltd. for over 10 years and was designated as the Regional Personnel Manager for Western India. Post ITC, he has been an HR consultant for over 20 years with specialization in Corporate Training Programs and HR initiatives like 360 degree appraisal, designing performance management systems, and conduct of assessment centres. He has conducted various training programs for leading companies such as Philips, Raymonds, Bombay Dyeing, TATA Infotech, MASTEK, and Infotech Enterprises to name a few.

Mr. Rajgopal is also a visiting faculty to leading educational institutions such as Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and IIM Lucknow.
