OBJECTIVE
In the fast evolving business scenario, managers have to collect relevant information and use it effectively for decision making and problem solving. More often than not managers find themselves in a situation of ‘information overload’. That is where they have to adopt Decision Making and Problem Solving Skills. The program aims to help participants to refine their decision making skills and provide them with analytical framework for identifying & structuring problems. TRAINER PROFILE:
Dr. Anil Naik is a Gold Medalist from the first batch of PGDM from IIM Calcutta and a Doctorate in Turnaround Strategy from the University of Mumbai. After a strong experience of 20 years with the Tata Group of Companies, he started Sudit Polymers Pvt. Ltd. in 1978 to represent Thiokol Chemicals Inc., a US Fortune 500 Company in India and introduced Polysulfide Polymer and Castable Urethanes in India. Since 1987, he has been a Management Consultant and Educator under the title of Sudit Consultancy Services. He has been involved in the organizational restructuring and turnaround strategies of companies such as Jindal Iron and Steel Co. Ltd., Uhde India Ltd., Knight Frank India Ltd., Sesa Goa Ltd., SICOM Ltd., 15 Andhra Pradesh Govt. Enterprises (ADB, Manila assignment through CRISIL), Paragon Textiles Ltd., Tit Bit Foods Pvt. Ltd., Uttam Galva Steel Co. Ltd. to name a few. He has been awarded the Best Teacher in Management Award by the Bombay Management Association for the year 2002 – 2003 and has been invited to join the Board of Advisors by Business Week, Asian Edition, a McGraw Hill Publication. He is currently authoring a book on Business Environment to be published by Tata McGraw Hill.
