Creating a Competitive Mindset in Every Employee - Linking Strategy to Tactics Saturday, 10th October, 2009

The creation of the competitive mindset in a company drives three key elements of competitiveness: responsiveness, results acceleration, and resource minimization. Competitive Mindset is a recognized competency in performance appraisals and employee development programs. Every employee needs to achieve a winning, competitive attitude which will increase sustainability and strengthen the agility of an organization at all times. How do you develop and maintain a can-do, can't-wait-to-get-going, nothing-can-stop-me, I-hate-to-lose, mind-set?

This new, unique, interesting and powerful program is developed based on the writings of Miyamoto Musasashi on the techniques used by Japanese Samurai warriors, which will provide employees with the learning and equip them with skills that can be applied on their job every day.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
Leaders and Managers face consequences of success and failure every day. The difference between a warrior and an ordinary person is that the warrior intentionally studies how to use men material and weapons to gain power, profit and prestige. This program will provide leaders and managers with the tools and learning about the importance of having a competitive mindset and that success and failure can be left to fate or the whims of others. It will also prepare leaders and managers to be constantly ready to compete within and outside for customers, markets and resources.
