Objective : Effective and efficient communication is universally regarded as a key ingredient in success. This workshop aims to help you to understand effective communication, and then show you how to communicate your message in the best possible way. Communicating effectively is essential to ensure messages are clear, understood, and have a positive impact. The workshop provides participants with practical strategies, which they can use both personally and professionally. It is ideal for anyone who needs to communicate more persuasively and effectively.

By the end of the program participants will not only learn about the communication process and listening skills, but also gain the ability to effectively apply the same to their workplace. They will be able to achieve tangible results in their communication with others, build collaborative relationships that emphasize trust and respect, communicate effectively using simple, concise and direct language, enhance active listening skills to anticipate and avoid common misunderstandings, foster cross-cultural understanding in the workplace and eliminate the roadblocks that undermine their ability to communicate effectively.

Trainer: Ms. Sanghamitra Ghosh is a post graduate in Psychology and Human Resource Management. She has over 25 years of experience including academics and corporate. Her experience includes aviation, travel, FMCG and Media. Her last position was that of Director - Human Resources for the largest vertically integrated media enterprise in India. Sanghamitra was the head of the world wide operations. She is a member of the Governing Board of ISBM and is a visiting faculty at other management schools. She has participated in several Human Resource forums. During her tenure she has been responsible for creating an effective succession plan and implementing effective Performance Appraisals as well as handling critical assignments in assessment and coaching. She has been a mentor and counselor to many executives. She has also had the privilege of working closely on several HR initiatives with the Big 5 consulting companies of the world.

Time and Venue: The program will be conducted at the Indo-German Training Centre, 2-B, Vulcan Insurance Building, 2nd Floor, Veer Nariman Road, Churchgate, Mumbai 400020. The timings for all programs will be 10:00 am – 5:30 pm.
