The training will be for a period of 2 days. Each participant is required to bring their own laptops for the entire 2 days. (Windows XP platform with Microsoft Office XP or Microsoft Office 2003).The programme will be conducted in WORKSHOP mode in every session.

Outcomes
The training will be based on customised training course material which consists of an e-Book customised by JEM/Consultants/ Prof. Govardhan J and a softcopy CD of the entire course material. At the end of the program, participants will be proficient in the use of computerisation.

Facilitator
With a basic degree in Mechanical Engineering, Prof. Govardhan Jayanthi pursued Post Graduation securing the Double Diploma in Statistical Quality Control and Operations Research from the world famous Indian Statistical Institute Calcutta. He also secured an M. TECH. degree in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (Now Chennai). With 32 years experience starting as a Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering, at the R. V. College of Engineering in 1967.

Venue and Time
The training program will be conducted at the Indo-German Training Centre, 304, Shah Sultan, 3rd Floor, Cunningham Road, Bangalore 560 052. The timings for both the days (Saturday 21st & Sunday 22nd November 2009) will be from 10:00 am – 5:30 pm.
