The Indo-German HR Partners Meet was held on 10th January, 2012 at the Indo-German Training Centre, Mumbai. It was attended by senior HR professionals from companies like Bayer, BASF, BMW, Bosch limited, Bharat Forge, Häfele, Siemens, Wacker among many others.

A lot of issues were deliberated and explained, resulting in sharing of knowledge amidst the HR Partners. The Expat Management Working Group as well as the group on Sharing of Best Practices made presentations.
Two presentations on Employee Engagement at Siemens Limited and Employee Satisfaction Survey conducted at Bosch Limited were made by HR professionals.
It was agreed that a similar agenda dedicating the first half of the meeting to a focused discussion and the second half of the meeting to Sharing of Best Practices should be continued for the meetings thereafter. The selected topic for focused discussion was “Learning and Development Initiatives in Indo-German organizations and Scope for Future Joint Initiatives”.
The meeting ended with a commitment by all the HR Partners to continue their participation and maintain the momentum among the forum in the coming year.
